"The creation of an aquarium at the Casablanca Marina is one of the projects included in the Municipal Action Plan (2023-2028) of the City Council. With an overall cost estimated at 400 million dirhams, this project born of a partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and the National Fisheries Research Institute should come out of the ground in 2028. The Council of the Casablanca-Settat region will contribute up to 50%, the Caisse de depot et de gestion (CDG) will provide 37% and the City Council 13%. After the presentation of the project and its approval during the extraordinary session of its council, scheduled for the end of March, the municipality will launch calls for tenders relating to the realization of the technical, architectural and administrative studies, reports Le360."
