Ok then , so let's try to improve our english together!!
But u know , maybe u had to choose another topic...a little bit easier and constructive than this one..Why not speaking about the reason of posting that special subject " salary components" ? Are u about to be hired somewhere?

AH I see much better now...bUT im still wondering what's the link with...You?? :)
You wanna practice with him , is it that? If it's the case..Try to ask him questions about his motivations for this job , qualities , his failings..this kind of things..
I ve passed some english interviews , and to get used to it..I got connected to Skype searching english speaking people , and it helps a lot

In england if you work in oil or petrol companies and banks you can earn a lot of money (up to 60 000) but you need experience and big degre like MBA, Phd ... For a PHD they can start with 2000 per month excluding taxes.

this is what we did for the first interview... we've prepared "classical question" such us : "tell me more about your experimence" and " why looking for other job"...

but now he'll have a second phone interview ... and i've advised him to learn more about the compagny.. and to prepare him self if they ask him about expected salary.

You know, in morocco our salary is based on net salary, social insurance, health insurance (wich % ?), allowances (longitivity allowance, ...), year end bonus (for some compagnies).

Also, for multinational compagnies, in general, there is an anual "augmentation"...

Sorry , I didn't see your answer before..

Well , concerning this second interview , I think that your advices are well directed! this guy has to know about the firm, its activity..etc..
back to your qs about net salary..Don't think that it's important to know about the salary details , just knowing the tax percentage taken on the gross salary is enough .. for instance here in france , this % is about 20% so once u have the gross salary , u have to deduce 20% to get the net one..

the other probleme is that i don't know how to translate some "words".. such as "prime de transport"; "prime de logement" ; augmentation ....

augmentation --> salary rise
prime de transport and prime de logement --> I don't think there's any exact translation as these would be part of the package

you're right... but in morocco, the tax is based on salary mince allowances. this is why the compagnies tries to put a maximum into allowances.

I don't how the tax is calculated in europe for exemple? .

PRIME de transport> transportation bonus
PRIME de logement > Lodging ( accomodation) bonus
AUgmentation de salaire > salary rise
