UK visa for moroccan people who lives in France

My husband which is moroccan just receive the visa for living in France, we are married, and I would like to visit England with him, but I don't know if he needs a UK visa... Probably, he's moroccan... But even if he leaves in France???

Your husband does need a visa whether he wants to visit the Uk or live in the UK. The Uk is not part of Shengen. However if you are an EU citizen and that you are married to him and that you are travelling together, he can apply for an EU family permit which is a free visa but he can only travel to the UK with you at the same time !! OK
