Quelques mois après son enterrement en France, la famille d'un ancien militaire a décidé de l'exhumer et de l'enterrer une nouvelle fois au Maroc.
Il a fallu la découverte d'un testament pour que la vie de cette famille bascule, rapporte le journal Al Ahdtah Al Maghribia. Selon le journal, un ancien militaire français enterré depuis août 2015 a été exhumé pour être enterré mercredi dernier à El Jadida.

Je ne crois pas qu elle avait le choix... le testament est un acte juridique, c est le travail du notaire charge de la succession et les dispositions extrapatrimoniales.

la famille aurait tres bien pu cacher ce testament qui a mon avis n avait pas été fait devant un notaire sinon ils l auraient su avant l enterrement

donc oui , respect a cette famille qui a tout fait pour prendre en compte le dernier vœu de ce monsieur

J'ai pensé la mm chose, il aurait très bien pu etre détruit ce testament , mais non la famille a été juqu'au bout .. .........;)
