One thing im pretty much sure and certain.I think construction and politics require different abilities and qualifications.
If you have some vision, are a good negotiator, and are supported by a qualified team (although I read Trump was into certain details), you might succeed in construction and real estate. If you make a blunder, a limited number of people will be aware.
In a presidential campaign, the focus is on the man alone. Charism, subtlety, good narrator, knowledge of broader economy and diplomatic relations, etc. are more of what is required to assume presidency - although Georges W. Bush probably also had none of these. As a presidential candidate and eventually president, if you make a blunder, it is reported everywhere, within the country and abroad.
I agree there is no good candidate to the next presidential election. I think US political system allows for an insufficient number of candidates. I feel sorry for Americans having to choose between the devil and the deep blue sea.
MDR.One thing im pretty much sure and certain.
Donald Trump is very good at constructing walls
He's in the construction business.
He knows how to construct walls to block native Americans from crossing the border from Mexico.
A German Jew blocking Native Americans and Muslims to Enter USA.
Pfffff...
@Southpaw, Trump may be in the construction business, but he's demolishing the GOP's and his own chances right now. Then again, demolition is part of the construction business, so... let him merrily swing his big wrecking ball around.
(Why am I irresistibly thinking of Idiocracy here? )
A bon Bush avait bonne presse en France ?
