The initiative was organized by Fouzia Madhouni, founder of «We Can Morocco», a group that empowers girls and women through leadership training and American football. She first connected with the Packers in 2022 through the Global Sports Mentoring Program, a joint initiative by the U.S. Department of State and espnW, a division of ESPN dedicated to women in sports, local media reported.
