Well, the 200K is possible, but at entry level, honestly, next to non-existant.
The only places I can even imagine the possibility of you obtaining this kind of salary in the quickest time possible would be :
your own business - of course no guarantees, and rarely is there a quick pay off, but we're dealing in possibilities per your question, so it's "possible" in theory.
Some sort of very, very specialized IT programming skill (think about the areas where big companies with extensive IT departments still have to bring in consultants) - extremely high demand, extremely complex, extremely limited options to obtain it - and even then, my assumption would be that although it may be very specialized, you will probably need an extensive broad background in IT, or extensive background in the field where it is used -otherwise the knowledge would likely be useless.
Sales - huge ticket luxury items, or b2b possibly - lol, again, unlikely, but possible. There are fields where you could expect to reach that level after a number of years and a lot of luck.
Big lawfirms I think that they are starting out at $180k, plus bonuses right now. The bonuses may take first year associates over the $200k. But, be advised, that probably less than 3% of law grads get these positions. You have to either graduate from a top 4 law school or be one of the top few grads in your class to get these jobs.
I am sure that some doctors get this kind of money after completing lengthy fellowships.
Otherwise, unless it is a lateral transfer, or a high level corporate executive position, all of which require major experience, there are not too many of these positions available.
